- Name, email address, industry and team size, the work that takes up most of your time, the tools you use, preferred times
- Free Build program applications
- Name, email address, company, website (optional), team size, what you need built, the tools you use now, what you want to achieve, when you’d like to start

Both forms ask you to agree to this policy before sending.
Business data entrusted to us to set up and run AI agents may also include personal information. We handle it only for the purposes of our contract and never use it for training. How it is managed is set out in our information security policy.
How we use it
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes.
- Scheduling and holding free AI audits
- Selecting Free Build projects and telling applicants the result
- Answering questions and requests
- Quotes, proposals and contracts
- Providing contracted services (design, build and operation of AI agents, and support)
- Writing and publishing Free Build case studies (only to the extent you agree)

Sharing with third parties
